A good acquisition

Not so many books on the chemistry of the main group elements are available out there, but this book provides you a good source of information, which can be complemented with other sources. It focuses on trends that can be seen in many compounds for the main group elements, and alsoit gives you a modest introduction to definitions and a little perspective on atomic orbitals, that should be taken in consideration, as many of the questions that surround the chemistry of these elements can be answered and explained with atomic orbitals and their interactions. Over all, a good reference book for anyone who wants to get some information in inorganic chemistry.
